As a visionary and a strategist, Siraj led the strategy in simplifying manufacturing and supply chain footprint globally while navigating through megatrends, geo-political dynamics and fluidity in tax climate. For the last fifteen years, he had negotiated for incentives worth a few billion dollars with several government agencies in Asia.


As a Global Leader for Corporate Controllership, he created a centralized hub-based controllership function, that revolutionized the conventional country-based controllership in MNCs. He has pioneered the thinking of how digitalisation and Big Data can revolutionize internal controls, Financial Planning, Analysis and Reporting.


Siraj sees an opportunity in every challenge, and he is one who leads a change during critical times. Change can only be achieved with the right people, and Siraj is passionate about investment in people development.

He has championed the development of Smart Manufacturing strategies, incorporating machine learning, additive manufacturing, and digital and physical automation powered by AI engines. He has led multi-million-dollar negotiations for government incentives with countries in the Asia-Pacific region and remains dedicated to helping companies expand their operations in Asia.

Amir Ali

ESG / EHQS & Chemist

A seasoned Business and Technical leader with forty-five years of experience in the field of Power & Desalination Plant Chemistry, EHS, ESG and QMS.  He had consulted multiple MNCs and Governments and provided leadership in helping companies formulating and implementing strategies in the aforementioned areas.

 

Amir Ali is an advocate of ESG as an area of competitive advantage and an ethical business practice rather than mere compliance of regulatory and reporting requirements. In the areas of sustainability, being energy efficient is an important competitive advantage and his considered a thought leader and an expert in formulating strategies and action plan to achieve energy efficiency. He has consulted companies in Middle East, Europe, Africa and India and helped companies formulating strategies to significantly reduce carbon footprint.

 

Amir Ali has deep understanding of the evolving regulatory and reporting framework in the ESG arena as well formulating strategies weaving into the broader business strategies of the company. He has demonstrated how ESG strategies not only meet the regulatory framework but also generate both shareholder and stakeholder value.

Her background in finance, coupled with business and supply chain management experiences, allows her to approach every project with a holistic perspective.


As a lead strategist in a Fortune 50 company, Widya successfully negotiated significant government incentives, aligning corporate narratives with macroeconomic factors to secure favourable agreements. She also designed and implemented governance structures and controls to ensure effective execution and compliance.


Widya has managed innovative projects from their inception to startup, including the assessment of mega trends, market needs, and project financing. Her ability to craft compelling value propositions and investment theses is key to securing both management approval and external funding.


Widya advocates the importance of grasping the underlying "Why" before rushing to solutions. She believes that adaptable leadership is crucial in a journey to transformative success.


Li Mei Tan

As thought leader, Dyah is highly versatile, excelling in coaching and mentoring.
